Orto d'Autore 's Giardiniera in Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an authentic artisanal preparation that honors the richness and variety of vegetables grown in the Molise region. The D'Arienzo family selects and hand -processes a generous 77% of Italian vegetables—carrots, zucchini, peppers, cauliflower, fennel, and sweet Borettane onions—to ensure maximum freshness and crunch.

This giardiniera is prepared according to peasant tradition: the vegetables are soaked in a solution of wine vinegar and a pinch of salt and sugar, then preserved in a blend of extra virgin olive oil (11%) and sunflower oil. The use of extra virgin olive oil lends a superior, enveloping aroma. Like all Orto d'Autore products, they are made without preservatives, offering a genuine product that captures the true flavor of nature.
