Privacy disclaimer
TUMN processes the personal data of users requesting the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Data" and "Interested" respectively) by virtue of the conclusion by the latter of a service contract with TUMN itself. The processing of the data is carried out according to criteria of lawfulness and correctness, in full compliance with the applicable Italian and European privacy legislation, of all the current legislation in general and the rights and privacy of the interested parties in particular. The Data are kept and protected in accordance with the provisions of all current legislation regarding security measures.
Data Source
The Data is collected by TUMN directly from the Interested, at the time of navigation, registration and interaction on the Tumn portal.
Purpose of the processing
Data collected by data subjects may be used for purposes strictly connected and instrumental to the execution and management of the contractual relationship between TUMN and the parties concerned. The Data may also be used for functional purposes of TUMN, such as:
- detection of the degree of satisfaction with the quality of the services offered by TUMN;
- user profiling to offer a personalized browsing experience
- information and commercial promotion, proposal of new TUMN initiatives, communication of new products and services, including partners, deemed to be of interest, surveys, etc .;
- conducting public relations activities.
The provision of data is not mandatory, but any refusal to supply it could prevent all or part of the user experience offered by TUMN. If the Data is provided, this constitutes an expression of consent by the data subject to their processing.
Data processing methods
In relation to the aforementioned purposes, the processing of the Data takes place through manual, IT and telematic tools with logics strictly related to the same purposes and in any case in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the Data. In any case, protection is ensured even when innovative channels are activated. Data can be stored and stored both in electronic and computerized form and in paper form.
Place of data processing
The processing of the Data takes place at the registered office of TUMN, at the other current or future operational headquarters / offices of TUMN itself or at the various places where the TUMN staff (including its internal collaborators and / or external in the ICT and software field) operates, locally or remotely.
Categories of interested parties
The Data may be communicated by TUMN, without the need for consent from the Interested Parties, in fulfillment of an obligation provided for by law, by a regulation or by EU legislation or for the pursuit of the same purposes for which the Data were collected . The Data can also be communicated to other subjects that carry out activities connected or instrumental to the management of the services provided by TUMN, both technical and organizational in nature. The Data can also be communicated to the licensors of the software or of the functionalities necessary for the realization of the Service object of the contracts between TUMN and the Interested. Finally, the data can be communicated to third party companies specialized in information and commercial promotion, in marketing, in market research. The subjects referred to in the preceding paragraphs use the Data communicated to them as owners in accordance with the law, in full autonomy, being unrelated to the original processing carried out by TUMN.
