Although the company has roots in the Langhe and Piedmontese traditions, these eggplants are produced and packaged in Ururi, in the province of Campobasso (Molise) , guaranteeing the vegetables' Italian origin.

The eggplants are first grilled to acquire their characteristic smoky flavor, then seasoned with natural ingredients such as garlic, oregano, parsley, and chili pepper , and finally immersed in pure extra virgin olive oil.
