Martelli artisanal pasta is produced by slowly mixing the best durum wheat semolina with cold water, bronze drawing to ensure a splendid roughness of the sheet, and then dried at about 30 ° C for 50 hours.

The result is a tasty pasta with good porosity that allows the condiments to be absorbed well.

Fusilli di Pisa are a format created to celebrate the tradition of Pisan pasta makers. The shape of the fusillo depicts the famous Tower with its "walkway" to reach the top.
