The chef Alessio Brusadin, chef and traveler from Friuli, after a long experience abroad where he founds a chain in London, returns to Italy to rediscover tastes and traditions with a specific project in mind: to enclose emotions inside each glass jar .

In this context are placed the Chutneys, a bittersweet condiment typical of the oriental tradition. These, in fact, are prepared with the best typical Italian products, entirely coming from the territory, without the use of preservatives, dyes or gelling agents.

In particular, the peach, shallot and almond chutney is an original recipe made, in a completely handmade way, with yellow peach, shallot and chopped almonds, all with the addition of apple cider vinegar and brown sugar. The result is an intoxicating sauce that will enhance all your dishes, especially boiled meats.

Also try it on appetizers and canapés.

Ingredients: 48% yellow peach, 20% shallot, raw cane sugar, organic apple vinegar, sliced almonds * 2.8%, sunflower oil, salt. Product without preservatives, gluten free.

Alessio Brusadin, a student of Gualtiero Marchesi, is an experienced Friulian chef. After spending several years in London where he worked for starred restaurants and founded his own chain of prestigious restaurants, his restaurant Grano won the best Italian restaurant award in London in 1999, decided to return to Italy to devote himself to a new adventure.
