In their preparation, in fact, no type of preservative, gelling agent, dye or additive is used.

An exclusive pairing, this mango and pepper chutney with the addition of shallots and basil, combined with apple vinegar and brown sugar, is an exquisite accompaniment for your dishes, especially for fish.

Try it with grilled prawns and in general with all shellfish. Also excellent on baked fish: it enhances its flavor without covering it.

In any case, we highly recommend tasting it also with a good hamburger. You will not regret it.
