The high fermentation Gjulia Ribò, produced with barley and hops of its own production and with water from the springs of the nearby Monte Mia in the family business of the brothers Marco and Massimo Zorzettig, is part of the special beers of the Gjulia Agricultural Brewery , in San Pietro al Natisone, in the province of Udine.

Ribolla Gialla must is used for its fermentation, which gives a marked complexity to this pleasant and fresh, savory and full-bodied beer, which goes perfectly with light dishes based on fish and white meats, but also with dishes more articulated.

Produced with absolutely artisanal methods, handed down from generation to generation, Gjulia Ribò (which undergoes a refermentation process in the bottle), is served in a large tulip-shaped glass, at a temperature between 8 and 10 ° C.
