The heart of this dessert is Montepulciano grape must (Rosso Conero DOC) , which is slowly cooked with corn flour , giving it a consistency similar to sweet polenta. The whole thing is enriched with crunchy walnuts , which add a pleasant contrast and a rustic, enveloping flavor.
