Inaudi's Porcini Mushroom Cream is an exceptionally rich and flavorful condiment, thanks to its extremely high concentration of porcini mushrooms (80%) from the Boletus edulis group. This specialty was created to capture the full, unique flavor of porcini mushrooms in a concentrated form, ensuring that even a small amount is enough to flavor an entire dish.

As per tradition, the entire preparation process is carried out with the utmost artisanal care and attention , from selecting the raw ingredients to bottling. Inaudi combines mushrooms with olive oil, salt, and a skillful blend of vegetables and spices, all meticulously and carefully controlled to ensure the utmost authenticity and quality.

How to Use and Gourmet Pairings

Since it is a concentrated condiment, the secret to using it at its best is dilution, which allows the intense flavour of the Porcino mushroom to express itself to its fullest.

Directions: Dissolve a teaspoon of cream per person in a liquid base of your choice: a little olive oil, cooking cream, or simple pasta cooking water.

This diluted sauce is perfect for seasoning all plain first courses , such as tagliatelle , egg pasta, risotto , spaghetti , or gnocchi . In addition to first courses, Porcini cream sublimely enriches meat-based second courses : use it to enhance fillets, roasts, and medallions. For those who love intense flavors, it's an ideal accompaniment to fondue or simply spread on toast. Its versatility also makes it a valuable ingredient for the chef's imaginative creations.
