Fusilli proteici 100% peas organic gluten free are a food product obtained from the processing of organic pea flour and water. The production is characterized by the use of raw materials of organic origin and a process that includes stone grinding, bronze drawing and slow drying at low temperature.
The pea flour used comes from organic crops located in the Monti Sibillini area, in Italy. The manufacturing process aims to preserve the nutritional characteristics of peas, which are naturally rich in vegetable proteins, fibers, mineral salts and B vitamins.
The product is gluten-free and has a moderate glycemic index. The package contains 3 bags of 65g, ideal for individual portions. The external packaging is made of FSC certified responsible cardboard, with a window without plastic film, while the internal bags are compostable and biodegradable.

Preparation
For a 65g portion:
Bring 1.5 litres of water to the boil.
Salt with 8g of coarse salt (optional).
Cook for 5-7 minutes over medium heat, avoiding stirring in the first few minutes.
Drain and season to taste.
When cooking legumes, it is normal for foam to form, which can be removed.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Product without preservatives.
