The SANTACANDIDA® pasta factory has been proudly producing organic artisan pasta exclusively from Khorasan wheat for years.

Among the whole proposals of the pasta factory the honorable mention can only go to the organic whole wheat spaghetti khorasan.

These particular spaghetti are produced only with 100% organically grown wheat in Italy, between Puglia and Basilicata. In the factories of Francavilla a Mare and Acerenza, organic wholemeal khorasan wheat spaghetti are drawn in bronze, an operation that gives them the characteristic rough and porous conformation.

Before packaging they are also subjected to slow drying at low temperatures, so as to best preserve all their nutritional properties, a slow and traditional method which indicates a great attention to quality.

Organic khorasan whole wheat spaghetti are light, rich in fiber and vitamins, perfect to consume even for those who follow a controlled diet.

Such a light and digestible pasta can only be combined with an equally fresh and genuine dressing; maybe a sauce of courgettes, cherry tomatoes and prawns stir-fried: the encounter you don't expect between sea and land and which marries deliciously on the plate with these organic whole wheat spaghetti khorasan.
