This sauce embodies the company's Piedmontese specialty: the combination of mushrooms and truffles. The heart of the product is the Summer Truffle (Tuber aestivum, 5%), whose earthy, lingering aroma blends with the meaty base of cultivated button mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus).

Inaudi, with a history that began in 1929, has successfully evolved and consolidated its position in the food sector, specializing in the enhancement of mushrooms and truffles, excellences of the Piedmontese gastronomic heritage. Started in Busca by Michele Inaudi, the business saw in Clemente Inaudi, in the 1960s, a precursor who was able to intuit the potential of processing and preserving the product, with particular attention to the Porcini mushroom. The founding of the Inaudi company in Borgo San Dalmazzo, at the beginning of the 1970s, marked the adoption of a company strategy focused on high quality. The selection of fine raw materials, obtained through careful research in the harvesting areas, combined with the artisanal processing of products, has defined a mid-to-high market positioning. The company is distinguished by its meticulousness at every stage, from cleaning to jarring, through processes that respect centuries-old traditions and guarantee the authenticity of the products.
