The recipe uses high-quality ingredients, such as Genoese courgettes (41%) and a generous amount of extra virgin olive oil (7%). The blend of tomatoes , salt, garlic, sugar, mint, and pepper balances the natural sweetness of the ingredients with a refreshing, aromatic touch (from the mint). The company's philosophy of preserving the pure naturalness of ancient traditions is guaranteed by the absence of added colorings or preservatives.

How to Use and Pairings in the Kitchen

Thanks to its delicate yet distinctive flavor, this pesto is very versatile in the kitchen, offering a fresh alternative to classic Genoese pesto.

First Courses: It's an excellent condiment for short pasta (like fusilli or penne) or spaghetti. It can be thinned with the pasta cooking water to create a thinner cream.
