The unfiltered Gjulia Ovest beer is produced with methods handed down from generation to generation by the family business of the brothers Marco and Massimo Zorzettig, who have been carrying on the work of their father Livio and grandfather Pietro for years.

The Gjulia Agricultural Brewery is located in San Pietro al Natisone, in the province of Udine: it is here that the master brewers are dedicated to creating truly unique craft beers, with experience, professionalism and dedication to work .

Gjulia Ovest, produced with barley and hops of its own production and with Monte Mia spring water , is a double malt amber beer with warm tones and an intense and complex taste , due to the meticulous hopping, which enhances the aromas of undergrowth.

Characterized by a silky and persistent foam, this unfiltered beer goes perfectly with game, grilled meats and aged cheeses.

We recommend serving it at a temperature of 8-10 ° C , in a large tulip-shaped glass.
