Marco Colzani's Cocoa and Hazelnut Cream is a soft spreadable cream with an enveloping flavour. This artisanal cream is perfect for experiencing moments of pure gluttony, prepared with artisanal care, this cream stands out for its velvety consistency and balanced flavour, perfect for starting the day with the right amount of energy or for treating yourself to a break of pure pleasure. The distinctive element is certainly the choice of hazelnuts: they are from Cravanzana , a small municipality in Alta Langa, considered one of the best in the world for the production of the Tonda Gentile IGP hazelnut. The high percentage of hazelnuts (a full 50%) and the use of cane sugar make this cream naturally creamy, without the need to add other fats. Spread on a slice of fragrant bread, as a filling for cakes and biscuits or simply enjoyed with a spoon, Marco Colzani's cocoa and hazelnut cream is a real delight for the palate. A tip? Try it with hot crepes or as a secret ingredient for an irresistible chocolate mousse. Try it and believe it!

Born into a childhood spent amidst the aromas and flavors of his family's pastry shop, Marco cultivated from a young age a desire to create jams, creams, and preserves that faithfully reflected the authentic taste of fresh fruit. After graduating in agriculture and pursuing a career as an oenologist, Marco decided to follow his true calling, establishing an artisan workshop where each product is the result of careful selection of raw materials and a unique and "different" production method. From apricots to blueberries, from oranges to pistachios, Marco transforms the finest fruits into jams, creams, juices, and marmalades, prioritizing quality and authenticity. His "different" approach is based on the use of fully ripened fruit, sourced from trusted farmers, and the elimination of any superfluous element. In Marco Colzani's workshop, every stage of the production process is followed with care and passion, to guarantee products with an intense and natural flavor, capable of evoking the aromas and flavors of childhood.
