Only healthy, top-quality mushrooms are selected, which, after being cleaned, washed, and cooked, are jarred entirely by hand . This meticulous craftsmanship ensures that the porcini retain their meaty texture and intense, earthy flavor. The mushrooms (75% of the product) are preserved in a blend of olive oil , white wine, vinegar, and a clever mix of aromatic herbs and spices, which enhance their flavor without overpowering it. Compliance with rigorous quality controls ensures the authenticity of the final product, which is also gluten-free.

Started in Busca by Michele Inaudi, the business saw in Clemente Inaudi, in the 1960s, a precursor who was able to intuit the potential of processing and preserving the product, with particular attention to the Porcini mushroom. The founding of the Inaudi company in Borgo San Dalmazzo, at the beginning of the 1970s, marked the adoption of a company strategy focused on high quality. The selection of fine raw materials, obtained through careful research in the harvesting areas, combined with the artisanal processing of products, has defined a mid-to-high market positioning.
