The raspberry and dark chocolate cream is an exquisite delight made by the company Qualità Artigiana Srl of Alessio Brusadin.

After working in prestigious starred restaurants, such as the Halkin Hotel in London with Gualtiero Marchesi and having founded his own - one of which "il Grano", recognized as the best Italian restaurant in London - Alessio Brusadin decides to return to his homeland and pour his experience and creativity into the creation of unique jams and marmalades with astonishing and intriguing combinations.

All products are handcrafted and cooked with DOC raw materials, all Italian, without colorants, preservatives or gelling agents.

In particular, the raspberry and white chocolate cream is prepared with fresh raspberries and the best white chocolate.

Try it on tarts or simple donuts. Every snack or dessert at the end of a meal will be special and genuine. To be enjoyed with friends, but also for breakfast, on bread or yogurt.

Ingredients: raspberry 55%, white cane sugar, dark chocolate 6% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk* powder, skimmed milk* powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin*, natural vanilla flavouring), lemon juice.

Alessio Brusadin, a student of Gualtiero Marchesi, is an experienced Friulian chef. After spending several years in London where he worked for starred restaurants and founded his own chain of prestigious restaurants, his restaurant Grano won the best Italian restaurant award in London in 1999, decided to return to Italy to devote himself to a new adventure. The return to Italy was a wonderful rediscovery of flavors and products and from here comes "Alessio Brusadin's pantry"; An ambitious project whose purpose is to collect and tell about unique and delicious flavors by capturing them in glass jars, in a completely natural way without adding any preservative, creating true works of art for the palate. A production made of sweet and sweet-and-sour preserves in which perfectly balanced combinations give a unique emotion to the palate. The ingredients are perfectly distinguishable in every recipe revealing the attention and the great preparation at the base of the product.
