World-renowned chef from Friuli who has decided to bring home all the experience and creativity learned abroad during years of work at renowned restaurants.

Brusadin searches for raw materials of the highest quality by working them in a totally artisanal way. The jams are cooked on low and wide pots, with patience and extreme care, releasing smells and perfumes which will then be fully enclosed in precious jars. In fact, nothing is added to alter the quality of the product.

In the extra apricot, vin santo and almond jam, the delicate and intense taste of the fresh apricots is enhanced by the aroma of vin santo, Tuscan excellence, combined with the crunchiness of whole almonds.

Ideal for filling cakes or pies but also delicious on toast for breakfast, this jam is suitable for any occasion.
