Cacao Crudo was the first in Italy to produce raw chocolate, ie obtained from the low-temperature processing of cocoa beans , and not just any cocoa, but the prized Criollo , coming from the Peruvian Amazon.

It is thanks to the innovative drying process to which it is subjected, where the temperature never exceeds 45 °, that the cocoa paste keeps intact, in addition to the nutritional values, all those nuances of taste that make it unique.
