The traditional balsamic vinegar of Reggio Emilia DOP silver stamp is one of the three traditional balsamic vinegars of the Acetaia Ferretti Corradini. It is characterized by an aging of at least 6/7 years more than the Lobster stamp and, therefore, for a period ranging from 18 to 22 years.

It is produced according to the method provided by the Disciplinary of the Traditional balsamic vinegar of Reggio Emilia DOP. According to the dictates of the regulations, the grapes used can only come from the province of Reggio Emilia. Furthermore, the aging regime is completely established and, finally, the method for obtaining a real balm is codified, that is, that of decanting and tamping.

The quality certification is then entrusted to a severe commission of the organization.

The traditional balsamic vinegar of Reggio Emilia DOP silver stamp, is a vinegar characterized by a higher concentration than the Lobster stamp and by a less pronounced acidity. This gives it a pleasant bittersweet taste. Its long aging makes it perfect for pairings with spicy and aged cheeses. Excellent for stirring risotto, especially with vegetables or scampi, it is excellent with beef fillet. Also to be discovered on desserts.

Its elegant bottle, reminiscent of an inverted tulip, make it a splendid object to be brought to the table to enrich the most important occasions.
