The habanero red savina is perhaps the most famous and purchased, discovered for the first time in 1989 and entered the Guinness Book of Records in 1994 as the hottest pepper in the world, it held the scepter until 2007.
The plant can reach a height that can vary from 60 to 90 cm and is easy to cultivate, its color is a bright red and its fruits are ripe late in the season.
What you immediately notice are its aromatic notes, which vaguely recall an exotic fruit. With a decidedly strong and pungent flavor, it gives a sensation of high spiciness after a few seconds of ingestion, so we recommend using small doses to find the perfect level for your palate.
