The SANTACANDIDA® pasta factory specializes in the production, entirely Italian, of organic Khorasan wheat pasta.

Known for its nutritious qualities, wheat of very ancient origin, is cultivated with care and diligence in the fertile countryside of Puglia and Basilicata, in full respect of the canons of organic agriculture.

Among the products made with this valuable cereal there are classic spaghetti: the entire chain from cultivation to packaging is certified organic Italian and directly controlled by SANTACANDIDA®. The organic Khorasan wheat spaghetti are rigorously bronze drawn, so as to obtain that unmistakable raw consistency that distinguishes them from the more commercial equivalents.

The production process ends with drying at low temperatures, which preserves its maximum nutritional properties.

Organic Khorasan wheat spaghetti are definitely the most versatile type of pasta in Italian cuisine, but among all the possible combinations, the only everlasting one is still the one with tomato.
