Marco Colzani, a name that evokes a passion for nature's fruits and the art of artisanal preservation. Born into a childhood spent amidst the aromas and flavors of his family's pastry shop, Marco cultivated from a young age a desire to create jams, creams, and preserves that faithfully reflected the authentic taste of fresh fruit. After graduating in agriculture and pursuing a career as an oenologist, Marco decided to follow his true calling, establishing an artisan workshop where each product is the result of careful selection of raw materials and a unique and "different" production method. From apricots to blueberries, from oranges to pistachios, Marco transforms the finest fruits into jams, creams, juices, and marmalades, prioritizing quality and authenticity. His "different" approach is based on the use of fully ripened fruit, sourced from trusted farmers, and the elimination of any superfluous element. In Marco Colzani's workshop, every stage of the production process is followed with care and passion, to guarantee products with an intense and natural flavor, capable of evoking the aromas and flavors of childhood.
